Refund Settlement Products for the Individual Taxpayer

Refund Settlement Products or Bank Products or Financial Institution Products are those that provide additional service to taxpayers in receiving their tax refund.

We offer the convenience for you to apply for Refund Settlement Products that may deliver you the possibility of paying our fees from the proceeds of your refund.

We will obtain your application for these products and pass them on to the the provider of these products. We are not part of the provider of these products, nor does the provider have any relation to us other than to receive your application for their products through our site to paying us our fee. We provide this service to you as a one-stop-shopping convenience in the event that you desire such products. The use of these products is not mandatory, but is an option if you are claiming at least a certain level of refund.

Refund Settlement Products are provided to individual taxpayers self-filing over the Internet by MetaBank (META).

Once we convey your application to META, we will have no further control of your refund related proceeds or other dealings with META. All of your comments and inquiries regarding the processing of the products must be directed solely to META at:

When self-filing your return OnLine the only product available is the Refund Transfer Direct Deposit (RTDD). This provides the delivery of the taxpayer's refund after the META receives the refund amount from the Government. The advantage of this product may be that the taxpayer would have our service/user and application fees plus META's RTDD fees paid from the refund.

In cases where the refund is not delivered to you by the Government, you are still responsible for the payment of fees to FileYourTaxes.com.

Beginning in 2010 for the tax year 2009 Refund Anticipation Loans or RALs will not be offered to taxpayers who self-file their return over the Internet. Refund Anticipation Loans or RALs offered by Chase Tax Related Products and Refund Advantage are enabled in our professional tax software, ProTaxPro.com but you must be a registered eFile Provider with the IRS and have an EFIN issued by the IRS to use the professional product.
