Extended Printing Service

FileYourTaxes.com encourages all taxpayers to download, save, and print copies of their tax forms for their own records. To facilitate this, FileYourTaxes.com makes available an Unrestricted Printing Period for all customers. During this period, taxpayers may download and/or print their return as often as needed. For more information regarding downloading and printing of tax forms, please refer to The Printing the Accepted eFiled Returns Question & Answer Page.

Unrestricted Printing Period

For our Full Service Customers, unrestricted printing of an accepted eFiled return is available as described on the Pricing Page Unrestricted printing of an accepted eFiled return is available to the Qualifying FreeTax Customers for 3 weeks after the return is accepted by the Tax Agency. After this 3 week period, the return will be archived.

Printing After Unrestricted Printing Period

In order to print an accepted eFiled return after the unrestricted printing period has expired, the Extended Printing, or Printing Only option must be added to the account. Qualifying FreeTax customers can add this option on the Payment Order Page during the tax filing process, and all clients can add Extended Printing to their filing at any time by selecting the "Order Paper Return Copies or Authorize other charges" option from the Navigation Page, available just after logging into the system.
