Free File Alliance FileYourTaxes.com offers free Federal tax return construction and eFiling to all qualified residents of AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DE, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, IO, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, UT, VA and WI whose Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) is $50,000 and under Also included are those taxpayers who were age 25 and under as of 31 December 2007 regardless of their state of residence provided that their AGI is over $10,000 but not over $50,000. Free Federal extensions to file (IRS Form 4868) may be offered in the later part of the season.
